Fedora is â€œfree as in freedomâ€? Is that a joke? Are you stupid? There are packages in Fedora which are not even in debian-nonfree, e.g. the Firefoxlogo and many more. Also the Fedora logo is nonfree. Have a look at the logopolicy on the fedoraproject.org website. In comparison to this, Debian is free as in freedom!

One thing you should put in the Arch security column – Arch has NO PACKAGE SIGNING, which is a major security lapse given that they have over 150 mirrors used for distribution.

I have been using Arch for a couple years and recently discovered this security issue. After speaking with the Arch developers, I was highly unimpressed with their lack of knowledge, lack of professionalism, and utter disregard for their users’ security. Under the hood Arch is in disarray. So now I am shopping for a new distro – currently consider gentoo and slackware.

Hi Folks. I find it disappointing and insulting that its not pointed out Ubuntu basically is DEBIAN!!! nothing else. As well as Chromium OS Kanotix Knoppix and many others you can google for…
As far as I can tell a self respecting developer uses Debian or BSD.
Google does it right to take and give to the community and tell the truth. Also they are the ones that designed the big difference in the debian project.. thanks for reading.
