PCLinuxOS. The latest version (english only) being 2007 test release 3, soon to be test release 4 (possibly later today), quickly followed by 2007 final. The test release 3 is an amazingly stable, user friendly distro. I'd give it 6 ****** on a scale of 1* to 5* Certainly worth checking out, it's currently rated number 4 on distrowatch.
