Trusted Users do not check packages before they are released to the public.  Once they have been release to the public, a trusted user will usually go through all the files and mark it as "safe" or leave it as "unsafe."  If a package is labelled "unsafe", that doesn't mean the pkgbuild will hurt your system, it just means that no trusted user has checked.

We try to go through as many packages as we can, but the point of the AUR is so that the community can develop for itself.  We are not the gatekeeper of the code posted.</description>
