I will strongly support any translation project and I'm willing to provide the intrastructure (the domain, servers, wiki, CMS). But obviously for such big projects (and they are big, I know it myself since I did the translation from Polish to English mostly on my own) need good coordination and a dedicated team with a leader. If you can organize such team, I'll surely support it. Well, It all depends on the community involvement.
